As discussed during the SBER [Q2 Executive Symposium](https://www.sustainround.com/?p=1863), a growing number of SBER Member Executives are focusing on creating healthier and more sustainable workplaces.

Leading operations executives are developing specific strategies and policies to improve Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) within their RE portfolios while aligning with LEED and similar standards. These executives increasingly recognize that healthier and higher performance workplaces can drive business value through reduced operating costs, improved employee health and increased productivity.
