Sustainability Roundtable, Inc. (SR Inc)’s Sustainable Business & Enterprise Roundtable (SBER) is pleased to welcome Keysight Technologies, Inc. as a Member-Client.

• Renewable Energy Transition: Entered a 39 MW virtual power purchase agreement (VPPA) expected to supply 100% of electricity needs in the U.S. and Canada by 2027 through renewable energy credits
• Emissions & Environmental Performance: Reporting comprehensive GHG inventories (Scopes 1–3) with externally assured data, reinforcing transparency and accountability in environmental performance
• Transparent Sustainability Reporting: Issues annual CSR reports aligned with GRI and SASB standards and participates in the UN Global Compact, providing transparent, investor-relevant ESG disclosures with elements of external assurance
