The Leonard Academy’s Report on the cost’s of LEED EB

in April of 2008 the organization published a survey of LEED EB building owners to determine how much it costs on a per sq foot basis for each category.  They found that there is a wide range of costs across the board and that the median across all types of buildings was $1.58.  This number includes all of the hard and soft costs that go into the greening of existing buildings.
