Jim Boyle is the CEO & Founder of Sustainability Roundtable, Inc. For more than a dozen years, Jim has led full-time teams of diverse experts to assist nearly 100 Fortune 500 and growth companies in their move to more sustainable high-performance. Specifically, SR Inc has helped world-leading corporations, real estate owners, and federal agencies set goals, drive progress, and report results in their move to greater Corporate Sustainability.
Mr. Boyle led in the creation of SR Inc’s Renewable Energy Procurement Services (REPS), which advises and represents Fortune 500 and fast growth companies across the U.S. and internationally in the development of renewable energy strategies and the procurement of both on and off-site advanced energy solutions.
Before founding SR Inc, Mr. Boyle co-led Trammell Crow Company Corporate Advisory Services in San Francisco and returned to his native Boston and Trammell Crow Company’s market leading team in Greater Boston where he received the Commercial Brokers Association’s Platinum Award for the highest level of commercial real estate transactions. Earlier, he advised companies on real estate and environmental matters as an attorney at a large law firm based in Boston.
Jim is a graduate of Middlebury College, where he co-captained the football team, and Boston College Law School. Early in his career, he served as a federal law clerk, an aide to John F. Kerry in the U. S. Senate, and on Vice President Al Gore’s campaign for President. Jim lives in Concord, MA with his wife and kids near the Emerson House on the route to Walden Pond.

David Osborn
Chief Financial Officer
David Osborn is an accomplished corporate sustainability advisor serving dozens of SR Inc’s Fortune 500 and mid-sized client companies as they drive significant operational efficiencies and better align with talent, customers, investors, and regulators through corporate sustainability strategy. From his career in business consulting and executive leadership, David brings to SR Inc over 25 years of experience in building professional services and technology-driven businesses serving a broad range of client industries. David graduated from Dartmouth College where his studies concentrated in Economics and Geology. He received numerous academic honors highlighted by a citation in mathematics from the then college President John G Kemeny. After IT systems experiences at Arthur Anderson (now Accenture) and Wang Labs, David graduated from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management with honors, a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society and in the top 3% of his class.
After receiving his MBA, David cut his teeth at Bain & Company in their Boston office and then progressed up to Managing Partner at Booz, Allen & Hamilton (BAH) where he was ultimately elected by his Partners to head their Australasian business. After helping to grow that business from a very early stage to a staff of more than 100, David returned to the US to head BAH’s Retail Financial Services practice in North America. After a few years back in the US market, David transitioned out of his highly successful consulting career and served as Managing Partner / EVP at two innovative business service companies. The first a 150 employee, VC-backed innovative technology services provider in Boston, and the second a high-end, 200+ employee proprietary marketing services provider located in Princeton and New York. In both companies, David lead over 200% growth within 2-3 years while substantially building the companies’ delivery teams and capabilities.
As CTO at SR Inc, Charlie is poised to drive technological innovation as we continue to deliver cutting-edge decarbonization solutions to our Member-Clients. Charlie Forcey
Chief Technology Officer
As CTO at SR Inc, Charlie is poised to drive technological innovation as we continue to deliver cutting-edge decarbonization solutions to our Member-Clients. Charlie will lead in digitalizing SR Inc’s membership-based strategic consulting services and aggregated procurement processes, enhancing our leadership in decarbonization-as-a-service to our world-leading Member-Clients.
Charlie brings over two decades of experience in enterprise development with a specialization in digitalizing business workflows. His background reflects seasoned leadership in leveraging big data, artificial intelligence, and enterprise software to accelerate the transition to a more sustainable economy.
Before joining SR Inc, Charlie served as Principal Software Engineer at FinQuery, modernizing the company’s web application and expanding the engineering team. At Logikcull, he led a data engineering team on a machine learning roadmap, and at Kajabi, he implemented scalable strategies for high-volume applications. He also helped found Amply Energy as its initial CTO and led Energize360, promoting energy efficiency and solar adoption.
Charlie’s expertise in enterprise software for sustainability was first honed at Advanced Energy Economy (now Advanced Energy United), where he led the engineering team to create the PowerSuite product line, providing consistent, timely access to renewable energy dockets from fifty states.
Brittany Nammour, SR Inc’s Managing Director, joined SR Inc at the start of 2015 and is responsible for developing and executing SR Inc’s Strategic Advisory & Support Service to advance corporate ESG programs. Brittany Nammour, SR Inc’s Managing Director, joined SR Inc at the start of 2015 and is responsible for developing and executing SR Inc’s Strategic Advisory & Support Service to advance corporate ESG programs. Brittany is responsible for developing Member-clients’ Management Diagnostics, Peer Benchmarking Assessments, and Annual Project Plans outlining Member-client opportunities to reach sustainable high performance. Brittany also plays a key role in managing and executing SR Inc’s Net Zero Consortium for Buyers service committed to creating corporate buyer favorable renewable energy transactions.
Prior to joining SR Inc, Brittany managed and wrote Sustainability Reports for the Town of Dartmouth, MA in accordance with the comprehensive, credible, and widely used, Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). Brittany served as the President of Net Impact at her university for three years, was a member of the Fair Labor Association Student Committee for two, and launched a pilot-teaching-program to integrate Sustainability into the global network of Junior Achievement. Brittany graduated with a B.S in Organizational Behavior Management & Sustainability from the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth, while actively developing a variety of sustainability initiatives for the university. While Brittany was attending graduate school, earning a certificate in Environmental Policy, she worked as an Analyst for the Town of Dartmouth, assisting in the advancement of the Town’s economic, environmental and social policies. In 2021, Brittany earned a Certificate from Harvard’s T.H. Chan School of Public Health in Executive Education for Sustainability Leadership. Outside of her work at SR Inc, Brittany serves as a Member on the Chelmsford Clean Energy & Sustainability Committee, helping the Town reach Net Zero Emissions.

Jeff Meltzer
Director of Research & Consulting
As Director of Research & Consulting at SR Inc, Jeff leads the development and distribution of guidance and tools to help sustainability & ESG executives set goals, drive progress, and report the results of their corporate sustainability programs. He is also a member of the Net Zero Consortium for Buyers leadership team, where he helps Member-Clients understand the value and risks of proposed renewable electricity projects.
Jeff holds a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment and a Bachelor’s in Environmental Policy from Colby College. Before SR Inc, he worked with the Procurement and Property Services team at Citizens Bank as an EDF Climate Corps Fellow, with the EHS and Sustainability team at L’Oréal, and with the EPA Green Power Partnership at Eastern Research Group. He has previous client project experience with Biogen, helping the company develop a Scope 3 supplier engagement strategy to achieve its Science-Based Target. Jeff is also an active participant in sustainability groups, is an accredited LEED Green Associate, is trained in the GRI Standards and GHG Protocol, was the Co-President of the Duke’s Net Impact club, and was a member of the leadership team of Net Impact Boston.

As a Manager, Research & Advisory Services at SR Inc, Julia supports Member-Clients with outsourced program assistance and creates original research to help clients drive industry best practice in areas ranging from ESG governance structures, ESG reporting, and innovative renewable energy procurements.
Before working at SR Inc, Julia worked as a Sustainability Consultant for footwear distributor Weyco Group, creating a GHG inventory aligned with the globally recognized GHG Protocol and working to reduce impact in their supply chain. She has additional experience providing sustainability support services from working with consulting firm Scott Echols Group, LLC and interning at TerraCycle. Julia graduated with a B.S. in Environmental Science from Brown University. There, she worked with the Brown Office of Sustainability for three years, helping Brown reduce waste to landfill, measure Scope 3 emissions, and institute a campus-wide Sustainability Plan. During college, Julia also volunteered with the Food Recovery Network and the organic farming consortium World-Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms (WWOOF).

As Manager of Membership Development, Sebastian is responsible for expanding SR Inc’s client base, in its mission-driven goal of accelerating the development and adoption of best practices in more sustainable business- in an effort to better align business with life. Through the Sustainable Business & Enterprise Roundtable (SBER), Sebastian seeks to foster long-term partnerships with executives at world-leading firms, and collaboratively engage in new forms of commercial learning which allows them to share costs, expertise, and experience.
Growing up in South Africa, and having since lived and worked on four continents, Sebastian brings a unique global perspective to challenges facing business today in order to drive meaningful growth and value for clients.
Before joining SR Inc, Sebastian led outbound business development teams in the SaaS space, ranging from R&D data management software to Cybersecurity solutions.
Sebastian is a graduate of Syracuse University, where he studied Earth Science with a focus on Geophysics. Sebastian later went on to study Sustainable Resource Economics and Policy at University College London, receiving his M.Sc. and graduating with Distinction.

As a Senior Analyst at SR Inc, Casey supports Member-Clients with outsourced program assistance and creates original research to help clients drive industry best practice in areas ranging from ESG governance structures, ESG reporting, and innovative renewable energy procurements.
Prior to working at SR Inc, Casey served as an AmeriCorps VISTA with Hawai‘i Green Growth Local2030 Hub, convening and collaborating with over 70 diverse partners across the Ala Wai watershed on sustainability and resiliency initiatives. This work involved cultivating individual relationships with community, government, and business partners, and driving forward the creation of a comprehensive project assessment tool rooted in indigenous knowledge systems and design economics. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Boston College, during which time she also interned with Brookline-based organization Boyer Sudduth Environmental Consultants, providing small business clients with sustainability best practice research, as well as exposure through a number of published blog articles. Casey has also held certification as a LEED Green Associate through the US Green Building Council since 2019.

As a Senior Analyst at SR Inc, Alison supports Member-Clients with outsourced program assistance and creates original research to help clients drive industry best practices in topic areas ranging from mandatory ESG and climate reporting to sustainability function design.
Prior to joining SR Inc, Alison worked as a research consultant at The Climate Board, a sustainability research company based in Washington, D.C. There, she led best practice research focused on corporate fleet electrification strategies, decarbonization in the construction industry, and Scope 3 disclosure mandates. Her work also involved advising and working closely with corporate sustainability clients on topics including emerging policies, regulations, and trends.
Alison graduated with a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) and a minor in sustainability management from the University of Pennsylvania. While at UPenn, she served as a board member of Penn Climate Ventures, an organization aimed at consolidating and improving resources for students interested in climate tech and start-ups. In 2021, Alison participated in GreenBiz’s GreenFin21 event as a member of the inaugural Emerging Leaders cohort. Outside of work, Alison spends her time cooking, rock climbing, and doing ceramics.

Anna Whitney

As Manager of Program & Marketing at SR Inc, Anna focuses on sustainability benchmarking and program management for Member-Client executives, as well as developing and implementing SR Inc’s marketing strategy relating to corporate sustainability advisory services and renewable energy procurement.
Prior to joining SR Inc, Anna was an educator, teaching about environmental and climate science at Horace Mann School, Brunswick School, and a guest lecture at the Columbia Climate School. During this time, Anna completed a Master’s degree focused on sustainability education at Teachers College, Columbia University. Anna has worked as a Summer Consultant at Oliver Wyman, where she collaborated with the Health & Life Sciences team on optimization strategies for a large healthcare provider.
Anna graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Dartmouth College. While at Dartmouth, Anna worked on a collaborative proposal for carbon neutrality at the College, using regenerative design principles to guide goal-setting on renewable energy, decarbonization, and responsible stewardship. She also conducted hands-on research on conservation and economic development in the face of changing environmental conditions in South Africa and Namibia.
Outside of work, Anna enjoys running, alpine skiing, and visiting farmer’s markets.

Marisa Hart

As a Senior Program Associate, Marisa supports the optimization and project tracking of SR Inc’s membership services. Marisa is also responsible for supporting operations, communications and the planning of SR Inc’s quarterly member symposia nationwide.
Prior to joining SR Inc, Marisa worked for the MIT based startup, Eraverse and participated in MIT’s educational accelerator program, Delta V. There, she focused on customer relations, marketing, and community management. Marisa graduated from University of Florida (UF) with a B.A. in political science and a minor in sustainability studies and economics. While in college, she worked with UF’s Office of Sustainability in creating their Climate Action Plan 2.0. During this experience, she learned what efforts universities are initiating to lower their carbon emissions while working with faculty members to develop strategies for UF. Additionally, while studying abroad in London she worked as a programs intern at Sustainable Ventures, a VC focused on supporting startups whose work aligns with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

In her role as Senior Associate of Program & Marketing at Sustainability Roundtable, Inc., Sarah will help lead the marketing and communications efforts for SR Inc’s Sustainable Business & Enterprise Roundtable (SBER). She will help define and promote Member Executive best practices in enterprise decarbonization while adapting and sharing Membership-based Insights, Guidance, & Tools (MIGHT) through case studies, newsletters, industry articles, and op-eds.
Before SR Inc, Sarah worked as a Climate Content Associate at FischTank PR, where she ghost wrote content and conducted media relations across topics including building decarbonization, clean hydrogen technologies, and the electric vehicle supply chain. Previously, she authored shared-cost, best-practice research in the Marketing & Communications and Human Resources practices at Gartner and interned at I.B. Tauris, an academic publishing house in London.
Sarah graduated cum laude with a B.A. in History from Dartmouth College. Active in the Dartmouth Outing Club, she also wrote for the Admissions Office’s 3D Magazine and earned distinction for her honors history thesis on women’s social networks in medieval travel.
As a Program Associate, Eva supports the development and implementation of SR Inc’s internal ESG strategy and pathway to certifying as a B Corp, as well as facilitates positive employee culture and office management. Eva also works closely with SR Inc’s CEO and Founder, Jim Boyle, to provide administrative support and assistance on strategic projects
Eva Kaiden

As a Program Associate, Eva supports the development and implementation of SR Inc’s internal ESG strategy and pathway to certifying as a B Corp, as well as facilitates positive employee culture and office management. Eva also works closely with SR Inc’s CEO and Founder, Jim Boyle, to provide administrative support and assistance on strategic projects for SR Inc’s operations.
Prior to joining SR Inc, Eva’s professional history has largely been in the sustainable fashion sphere. During her semester abroad in Madrid she worked for The Circular Project, an advocacy and education organization focused on circular fashion and a circular economy more broadly. She also interned at Collina Strada, a small sustainable fashion brand based out of New York City, for two summers where she did everything from sewing, to market research on zero waste packaging, to working backstage during New York Fashion Week.
Eva received her B.A. from Middlebury College in Environmental Studies and English. While at Middlebury she was involved with the Sunday Night Environmental Group through which she organized upcycling workshops for students to turn out-of-use or poorly fitting clothing into new and improved things they might actually wear. She was also a captain of her college’s varsity track team. Outside of work Eva loves to run, sew/embroider, and read 19th Century literature!

As Membership Development Associate, Kelsey is responsible for building SR Inc’s Member-Client base and accelerating the development and adoption of industry-best business practices for enterprise decarbonization. Through the Sustainable Business & Enterprise Roundtable (SBER), Kelsey fosters formidable partnerships with executives at world-leading firms and enables their intellectual collaboration and commercial learning in the urgent push towards higher performing and more sustainable enterprises.
Kelsey graduated from Boston College with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Economics, focusing her course load on international Political Economy and Environmental Economics while acting as a Campus Ambassador for ClimateVoice. During this time, Kelsey also enriched her cultural studies through a semester enrollment in University College Dublin (UCD) and Boston College Ireland where she developed an Irish-centered perspective on capital flows and political risk.
Prior to joining SR Inc, Kelsey was at the forefront of Oracle’s Media, Gaming, and Sporting integration in the cloud technology space, where she carved out uncharted technological partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and UCaaS providers.
Showcasing the alignment of business with life, Kelsey lives a vegan lifestyle and incorporates benevolent, sustainable practices into her daily activities. Kelsey’s pastimes include lifting weights, plant-based baking, writing snail mail, and appreciating the beauty of nature.

As a Sustainable Business & Enterprise Roundtable Analyst, Daphne assists primary and secondary research concerning emerging environmental trends, while also developing and distributing voluntary and mandatory reporting guidelines for SR Inc’s Member-Clients.
Prior to joining SR Inc, Daphne gained experience in accelerating clean energy adoption and facilitating enterprise sustainability innovation. In an internship with Advanced Energy Economy, she undertook global hydrogen market research and analysis to support Arizona Public Service’s pathway to decarbonization. While at a chemical manufacturer and distributor, she launched the company’s emerging corporate sustainability initiatives by conducting Scope 1 and Scope 2 carbon accounting. She developed marketing and communications experience at this company as well.
Daphne graduated with a degree in Environmental Studies from Colorado College, where she captained the college’s Women’s Club Ice Hockey team and was a Co-Chair of CREATE club, a mentoring club focused on fostering meaningful community outreach and inspiring middle school girls to be confident and imaginative. Outside of work, Daphne can be found playing soccer, baking, and block printing.

Brianna Jefferson

As a Sustainable Business & Enterprise Roundtable Analyst, Brianna supports Member-Clients with outsourced program assistance in areas such as decarbonization roadmapping, renewable energy strategies, and sustainability reporting. Furthermore, as part of the Research and Content function, she contributes to SR Inc’s best practice guidance and tools, both for internal and external education and advancement.
Before taking on this role, she worked as a Capstone Consultant at Flow Environmental Systems, where she assisted with their total addressable market analysis and conducted research on the health and environmental impacts of PFAS. Additionally, she has previous experience in investment banking and sustainable agriculture, with a particular focus on global food systems.
Brianna earned her Master’s in Environment and Sustainability Management from Georgetown University. Prior to that, she graduated with distinction in Environmental Studies from Yale University, where she also minored in Energy Studies and French, all while serving as captain of the varsity squash team.
In her free time, Brianna enjoys cooking, painting, and running.

Peter Crawley
Senior Sustainability Strategist
Peter Crawley has led at the intersection of strategic consulting, real estate and sustainability for more than fifteen years, serving as the principal advisor to top real estate owners and scores of operating companies. Peter has helped the executive teams at these enterprises develop and implement highly profitable Sustainability Strategies. Prior to joining SR Inc, Peter served as the Director of Sustainability Services at the environmental engineering firm EBI Consulting, as well as Director of the Sustainable Business Leader Program of MA. He has also taught on Sustainability, Leadership, and Corporate Social Responsibility as an adjunct professor at Boston College’s Carroll School of Business.
Peter began his career in real estate development and has managed the design and permitting process for mixed use projects as large as $300 million. He has worked in real estate acquisitions, finance, and planning for companies such as John Hancock Properties, Meredith Management and the Boston Redevelopment Authority. Peter has also managed more than fifty (50) corporate Sustainability Audits that improved operational efficiencies in areas such as energy, waste, water, carbon, transportation, toxicity, and human behaviors for top real estate owners like Equity Office Properties and New Boston Fund as well as at leading operating companies.
Peter is LEED accredited and has deep experience working on energy efficiency issues, product life cycle improvements, and greenhouse gas measurement, reduction, and reporting. He has worked on numerous LEED certification and high-performance building projects, and designed and implemented company-wide behavioral change programs to advance sustainability goals and enhance employee engagement.
Peter received his BA from Amherst College, his MS in Real Estate from Columbia University and his MA in Sustainability & Environmental Management from Harvard University.
