New SBER Research: Communicating Sustainability Best Practices to Improve Employee Engagement
In response to a growing interest in systematizing occupant and employee engagement to advance towards more sustainable buildings and business, SR Inc is pleased to announce the release of SBER Enterprise Leadership Council (ELC)’s latest executive guidance: Communicating Sustainability Best Practices to Improve Employee Engagement. This Executive Guidance is available to Member-Clients in SR Inc’s Digital Library as a part of SR Inc’s ongoing shared-cost SBER Advisory Service. The Executive Guidance serves to guide Member-Clients and sustainability teams as they begin the implementation of a sustainability communications program. The Executive Guidance builds upon the findings in SBER Report Occupant Engagement for Sustainability, as well as ongoing assistance of Member-Clients.
