Intel Corp., a Member of Sustainability Roundtable Inc.’s Sustainable Corporate Real Estate Roundtable (SCRER), reported numerous cost-saving measures that the company has taken which both reduce operating costs and reduce its carbon footprint.
Myself and other SCRER researchers have enjoyed speaking with the leaders of Intel’s real estate operations who have led Intel’s projects. The SCRER research focuses on cost-effectively sharing best practices in managing real estate portfolios more efficiently. The SCRER has spent time understanding the challenges, benefits and lessons learned that Intel’s leaders have experienced. The SCRER will release its next Best Practices Report that highlights the successes of Intel and other SCRER Members at its June 26th conference.
