The Summit opened with keynote speakers David Gottfried, CEO, Regenerative Ventures and founder of the U.S. Green Building Council and Greg Kats, Senior Director of Good Energies, a leading global investor in green building technology presenting their thoughts on Corporate Real Estate and the Future of Green Buildings.

Following the Keynote Speakers, the Summit featured 4 moderated, panel discussions including three on select new SR Inc reports on best practices in:

  • Portfolio-wide Sustainability Strategies
  • Advanced Energy Management Systems
  • Renewable Energy

Andy Savitz, a leading enterprise-wide sustainability strategist and author of the industry-shaping The Triple Bottom Line provided a riveting lunch-time address on CRE Sustainability in a Corporate-wide and Historical Context.

The Summit concluded with a panel discussion and advice from leaders in the federal government on using Federal resources for transformational change in real estate.

SR Inc has received positive feedback from its Membership community on our original research, substance of the presentations and format of the Summit itself.

The SR Inc team warmly thanks our members, speakers and sponsors for making the Summit a great success and look forward to planning our 3rd Annual Summit in 2011.
