SR Inc Welcomes Interpublic Group to the Sustainable Business & Enterprise Roundtable
Interpublic Group (IPG) is one of the “big four” global advertising and public relations agencies. Its subsidiaries specialize in consumer advertising, interactive marketing, media planning and buying, public relations and other specialized disciplines like sports and event marketing.
Sustainability is a core component of IPG’s corporate values, seen as an opportunity for growth as efficiently-managed resource and energy use drives employee innovation, stakeholder engagement, and relevance in an increasingly connected world. IPG’s primary environmental footprint is defined by the infrastructure that houses its 42,000 employees worldwide. It’s Sustainability Policy was launched in 2010, encouraging employees to reduce impacts by using energy more efficiently, recycling, managing travel efficiently, and employing green building practices in real estate holdings.
